Carlo Ruscitti (Principal) – He has been described as “Walking, Talking Workbook on Property” and rightly so. Carlo entered the industry over 38 years ago because he wanted to be in an Industry which remunerated him commensurate to the efforts and time he puts in. Throughout his professional career he has experienced many, many property and economic cycles which has given him the professional knowledge and experience in the industry which enables him to be always a step ahead of the others in the industry. In his professional life in Real Estate, he has not only proven success in providing clients and customers his highly skilled advice in sales and marketing of their residential, commercial and industrial projects. He has also successfully put together syndications, property developments and Subdivisional work including feasibility and investment analysis of small and large scale residential to major commercial and industrial developments.

Albert is an astute and passionate property investor who entered this specialized sector of the real estate industry because of his personal involvement with it. He started investing and creating his own personal wealth through property investment in 1998. Albert studied Electronics Engineering in university but changed career paths into hospitality management when opportunities steered him in that direction. He thrived in that industry and was seemed destined to permanence until in 2001 when he met Carlo Ruscitti, the principal of MBIC who convinced him to go into property investment professionally. He believes everything happens for a reason and the reason these opportunities were opened to him was so he could give back to the community what he was privileged to receive. His mission in life is “To assist ordinary people become financially independent primarily through property investment.” Embracing this mission, he is consistently instrumental in the company achieving extraordinary results and now also leads the Property Sales Division at MBIC.

Gurcharan achieved his Bachelor of Engineering in India in 1972, but later inherited the control of the family business (along with his 2 brothers)specialsing in extracting edible oils by solvent extraction process. The business was one of its kind in India. Gurcharan later migrated to Australia in 1992 and worked as a Production Manager for several years. In 1998 he purchased his first investment property through Carlo and now owns 5 properties thanks to the careful planning and guidance of MBIC. Gurcharan later joined MBIC in 2002 because of his love of property. His committment, professional approach and experience has steered many people to successfully invest in residential and commercial property around Melbourne.

Chuan was born in Tianjin, China. After completing an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Information Technology and System, he achieved the best thesis of 2008 at MonashUniversity. However, he joined MBIC after having a love affair with investing in Property in China and Australia.

At the young age of 20 years old, he started property investment in China under his families’ guidance and influence, as members of his family were already working in the Real Estate industry.

He has experienced and realised that investing in property is the most solid method to accumulate the riches. Chuan now has a few investment properties and is planning a major sub-division development later this year.

After graduating from Homesglen Tafe with an Advanced Diploma of Business Marketing, Dan has developed the combined knowledge of Information Technology, Business & International Marketing and he has continually studied the Business Strategies of many well known Successful Entrepreneurs and has realized that Investing in Property has created more Millionares than any other form of Investment be it Shares or Cash in the Bank. Dan believes that everyone can benefit if they follow the right system and purchasing the corrrect  5 star property,

Dan is friendly natured and approachable combined with his genuine enjoyment for helping people achieve their goals of financial freedom. Advising novice property investors is not work, it is all about building lifetime relationships that can be exciting, challenging and most of all rewarding.

AJ was immersed in the world of Real Estate before he could walk, with his father being a successful and astute Property Investor in India.

In 2002 he migrated to Australia and studied Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance, Accounting and Management. AJ has worked in Hospitality, Logistics, Retail, Accounting & Finance Industry  and specialises in client/customer service, problem analsis and solution recommendations. AJ also has extensive experience in successfully running his Franchise Business without being on site.

AJ is enthusiastic with a genuine love for Real Estate combined with his energetic and hard working demeanor always willing to keep his clients well inforned and abreast of the current market place. He strives to ensure his clients needs are not only met but exceeded.

In his leisure time AJ finds time to enjoy playing Cricket and Badminton and spending time with his loving wife Ishu.

Daniel is a qualified Naturopath, having run 2 small clinics in the past, Daniel decided to set himself a new challenge and join the Real Estate Industry.                                                                                           

Having purchased various properties both as investments and to live in, Daniel has experience and understanding about what is involved and required.                                                                                            

Hard working and driven to succeed, Daniel’s objective is to make your transition into the property market a smooth and enjoyable experience, with minimum fuss and hassles.                                               

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.

 

Gino brings with him an abundance of experience & knowledge from the Hospitality & Franchise Industry. His hands on approach in a management role of Licensed Clubs and RSL's (thanks to the inception of Gaming Machines in Victoria) has seen him achieve over 10 years of outstanding results and profits. This experience is passed onto the owners of restaurants, cafes, fruit shops, supermarkets and other businesses, as to successfully prepare their business for sale in the current market condition. Gino and his lovely wife Sonia and beautiful daughter Carla are also active investors in property.

Lucy has been in the Real Estate Industry since graduating from VCE in 2005 from Ave Maria Private School in Essendon. Upon completion of her accounting course, Lucy became a Real Estate Trust Accountant for 4 years and because of her involvement in the Rental Management sector, she has experienced all the facets and credentials to become a well experienced and professional Property Manager.

Lucy joined MBIC in late 2009 with a Portfolio of over 300 properties and has developed a fantastic relationship of Trust with Landlords and Tenants. Her knowledge of the Industry and determination to succeed is a great asset to have and to mbic. In her free time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her partner Devon and also going to the gym to keep fit.

Lucy looks forward to to servicing both landlords and tenants to the best of her ability!
