"First time I met Carlo was as a result of a call I made to MBIC following an ad I saw in the paper. We spent two very interesting hours. I was surprised, that although I already have a number of properties, I found out, how much I actually did not understand about property investment. Following our discussion of my finacial position, Carlo prepared a plan incorporating my current investment portfolio with the aim to plan other property investments and to maximise my tax savings.
