We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in Property Investment Sales.
Being the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, you will be responsible for;
- Receiving, screening and distributing incoming telephone enquiries
- Assisting in preparing Contracts of Sale, Leasing and Marketing documents
- Meeting and greeting clients & customers
- Typing of general documents and inputting data
It is paramount that presentation & customer service is of the highest standard. The successful candidate must possess a high level of organisation skills and the ability to multi task. If you have worked in a similar role and have exceptional communication skills, the ability to liaise with clients, have a sound understanding in Word, Excel, Outlook computer skills, we would like to hear from you.
